Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Contact Seminar “EU-Western Balkans: Training and mobility for researchers and institutions” will be organized by the European Commission and held online on 24 and 25 March 2021.
The MSCA are the main EU instrument for doctoral and postdoctoral research and training. They support the career development, mobility and training of researchers at all stages of their career, with a focus on employability and entrepreneurship. They also support the development of excellent international doctoral programmes and have a structuring impact on universities, research institutions and non-academic partners, through the development of strategic partnerships.
This seminar intends to provide you with an overview of all the MSCA funding opportunities under the new Framework Programme Horizon Europe, hands-on trainings on each of the MSCA actions as well as large networking opportunities with participants coming from the Western Balkans but also from the rest of Europe. In addition, you will have the chance to meet the Western Balkans MSCA National Contact Points and get to know what kind of support they can provide you with.
The event will gather around 250 participants essentially coming from the Western Balkans and from the rest of Europe: researchers, research and innovation stakeholders from the academic and non-academic sectors, as well as representatives of EU networks active in the region, MSCA fellows and MSCA National contact Points.
