The Jean Monnet Programme is now present in more than 70 countries throughout the world and more than 800 universities offer Jean Monnet courses as part of their curricula. The Jean Monnet Programme brings together a network of about 1,700 professors, reaching audiences of 265,000 students every year.
The other two key activities of the Jean Monnet Programme are:
– operating grants to support specified institutions dealing with issues relating to European integration (managed by the European Commission);
– operating grants to support the functioning of certain institutions and associations active in the field of lifelong learning (managed by the Executive Agency and subject to a separate call for proposals – expected to be published in autumn 2012).

Notification of results and contractualisation
All applicants will receive a written notification of the outcome as well as feedback on the evaluation of their application. Applications that have been selected for co-financing will receive an explanation of the action required to complete the contractualisation procedures. Where possible reserve lists will be drawn up.
