We are pleased to inform you that CBY call for proposals with a deadline on 01 July 2021 has been published. This call will target specifically youth organisations in the Partner countries from “Region 1 – Western Balkans” (with an available budget of 3 M€) and “Region E3 – South Mediterranean countries” (with an available budget of 5M€).

The CBY action aims at supporting the international cooperation and policy dialogue in the field of youth and non-formal learning, as a driver of sustainable socio-economic development and well-being of youth organisations and young people, in particular in the Partner countries targeted by the call.

Please note that the 2021 CBY call for proposals is opened only to:

• Organisations from the Members states of the European Union (EU) and non-EU Programme countries¹; these organisations can act as applicants or partners;
• Organisations from countries belonging to “Region 1 – Western Balkans” (Albania; Bosnia and Herzegovina; Kosovo²; Montenegro) and “Region 3 – South Mediterranean countries” (Algeria; Egypt; Israel; Jordan; Lebanon; Libya; Morocco; Palestine³; Syria; Tunisia); these organisations can act as partners only.

On the occasion, information session on the “Capacity Building in the field of Youth (CBY)” action will be held online on Thursday 27 May from 09:00 to 13:00.
