HERE seminar “Status of Doctoral Candidates EEC/WBC vs EU or wider” will be held at the solemn hall of the Technical Faculty of the University of Montenegro, on November 19, 2018 starting at 9:30.

This seminar, supported by the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA), within Technical Assistance Mission (TAM) aims to exchange information on practices of doctoral candidate status in Montenegro and EU countries.

Prof. Lucas Zinner from the University of Vienna will be a visiting lecturer at the seminar, while representatives of all higher education institutions from Montenegro, the Ministry of Science as well as PhD students will take part as panelists.

The seminar is open to representatives of the academic community as well as PhD students.
