We are pleased to inform you that the publication “Reforms Inside” has been published. The publication has been created in close cooperation of Montenegrin Higher Education Reform Experts Team with the National Erasmus+ Office in Montenegro. The publication includes reflections on Montenegrin higher education system issues, but it also includes essays written by other prominent representatives of the academic community in Montenegro, that are related to several projects selected under the KA2 of the Erasmus+ programme “Capacity Building in Higher Education”.
