First Cluster Meeting of the Tempus IV SM projects

First cluster meeting of the Tempus IV structural measures projects was organized on May 18, 2016 at the Rectorate of the University of Montenegro. Cluster meeting gathered all the structural projects from Tempus IV phase (six finished and one still running). Within the EACEA mission to Montenegro, Franco Burgio took part in this meeting. All local project coordinators were present, two representatives of Ministry of Education (Head of HE sector and Director General for Higher Education), two representatives of the EU Delegation to Montenegro, as well as NEO Montenegro staff.

The aim of meeting was to present the project objectives, with a special emphasis on the impact that projects had at the institutional level, as well its impact at the level of higher education on the whole. 

Taking into account the context of the structural projects as such, it is of pivotal importance, to follow up their sustainability afterwards, given that they are addressing the topics of strategic importance for the overall higher education reform.
