The aim of the seminar is to contribute to the capacity building of doctoral studies, quality assurance at doctoral studies as well as to improve quality of doctoral education in Montenegro.

Taking into account that the new model of governance of doctoral studies has recently been established at the University of Montenegro, experience of countries that had earlier established similar models could be of pivotal importance for Montenegro. These could help in defining a way for development of doctoral studies, challenges related to governance of doctoral studies in Montenegro, as well as defining role/roles of the newly established Center for Doctoral Studies at the University of Montenegro.
